• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
• Monitor residents' health status, report changes, and respond promptly to care needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of resident care.
• Support residents' dignity, comfort, and independence in all aspects of care.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred, especially in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.
• Flexibility to work a mix of day and evening shifts as scheduled.
