Base pay range

$17.61/hr - $19.45/hr

The Shores of Worthington is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team!

The Shores of Worthington is a Residential Health Care Facility (SNF) that provides the highest levels of quality care through continuous improvement, and the involvement of the interdisciplinary team and the entire community. The Shores of Worthington responds to the rights, needs, and concerns of its residents, families, and staff by creating a caring environment in which each person is respected for his or her individuality and treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Shift
  • Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Shifts Available
  • AM (6a-2:15P)
  • PM (2pm-10:15pm)
  • Overnight (10pm-6:15am)
The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:
  • Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
  • Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
  • Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Current CNA certification through Minnesota
    * If not certified, ask us how we can help
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
  • Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
