Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser in Worthington, MN. This role offers a variable schedule and the opportunity to develop retailer relationships while showcasing Hallmark products.

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to manage product placement and inventory for local retail stores, collaborate with store teams to optimize display, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally you may work with other products from different companies.

• Starting pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours: 10–15 per week.
• Availability required the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support:
  During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), be prepared for additional days and extended hours, including actual holiday work and weekends.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures. Receive advance notice (usually two weeks) for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers within Hallmark’s field organization as needed.

Job is physically demanding; must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and display fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Requirements include kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using step ladders.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable operating a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.
