The Assistant Manager plays a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and customer experience. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for a leader who is passionate about sneakers, athletic apparel, and delivering outstanding service.

• Support overall store operations, sales goals, and profitability
• Partner with the Store Manager to execute action plans across selling, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling
• Lead and motivate the team, assuming full store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent
• Coach associates on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and service standards
• Ensure visual, operational, and customer service standards are consistently met
• Monitor inventory flow, sales trends, and expenses to support business results

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience (footwear or athletic apparel preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• A self‑starter with attention to detail and a team‑first mindset
• Passion for customer service, selling, and brand representation
