Accounts Payable Analyst

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

We're partnering with a well-established organization in Dublin, OH, that's looking to add an Accounts Payable Analyst to their corporate accounting team. This isn't a heads-down processing role - it's an opportunity to take ownership of AP operations, tackle complex reconciliations, and support key accounting projects alongside the Corporate Controller.

• Manage and resolve AP exceptions while maintaining accuracy across all transactions
• Lead backlog reconciliation work and ensure timely issue resolution
• Provide analytical and operational support to the Corporate Controller on various accounting initiatives
• Oversee and manage contractors brought in for AP or accounting project work
• Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts using Oracle and Basware

• Strong accounts payable and reconciliation experience in a large corporate environment
• A self-starter who takes initiative and digs into root causes rather than surface-level fixes
• Experience working with large ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and AP automation tools (Basware a plus)
• Ability to balance detail-oriented work with a big-picture understanding of accounting operations

• Location: Dublin, OH
• Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
• Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Compensation: Up to $75K base plus bonus
• Employment Type: Direct hire
