Target Compensation: $100k - $120k

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead and coordinate the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and review financial reports, analyses, and supporting schedules for leadership.

• Mentor and support accounting staff while helping drive team development and accountability.

• Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support audit and compliance activities.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience with strong US GAAP knowledge.

• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management.

• CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred.
