We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Director to lead and scale our growing team of 15 Account Executives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building a high‑performance sales culture, and ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong track record in B2B sales, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15 Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative, high‑energy environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and consultative selling.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Monitor KPIs and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent performance and forecast accuracy.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand customer base.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and product enhancements.
- Manage sales budgets, resource allocation, and incentive programs.
- Utilize CRM tools to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
- REQUIRED
:
Must currently possess or ability to obtain appropriate licensing, including Ohio Health and Life. - 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
