We are looking for a positive and energetic Account Manager for our Employer CARE team with a dedicated sense of responsibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties include managing client details and acting as an internal liaison for a specific "book of business" that is based on revenue and/or enrollment, performing a variety of data entry and clerical tasks to support our clients and their employees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and resilience and flexibility when managing the day‑to‑day tasks needed to support our commitment to improving lives through innovation in research, education, and service.

Requirements
  • 2 years of Account Management, Customer Success Management, Client Relationship Management or similar within the Insurance domain
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task
