What We Are Looking ForA dynamic and creative print and digital designer is sought to join a collaborative marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of professional graphic design experience—preferably with exposure to agency environments and multiple industries. This role requires strong skills in branding, marketing communications, web design, and video editing.
Responsibilities- Develop engaging and visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media content.
- Generate original concepts that align with project goals and brand standards.
- Partner with internal creative teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand solutions.
- Effectively manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver on time.
- Uphold brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all assets.
- Keep current with design best practices, tools, and emerging industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field in a Design Agency
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and digital UX principles
- Experience designing and managing content for Word Press websites
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Portfolio showcasing creative versatility and a strong grasp of design fundamentals
