Magnolia Dental is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient education, preventative care, and building long‑lasting relationships with patients.

• Competitive hourly wage or 28% of production bonus (whichever is greater is automatically paid out)

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
• Assess patients' oral health and collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans
• Take and review dental X-rays to assist in diagnosing oral health conditions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventative care, and the importance of maintaining a healthy smile
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in dental management software
• Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient while maintaining professionalism and compassion

• Current Dental Hygiene License in the state of Ohio
• Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide preferred
• Proficiency in taking and interpreting digital X-rays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage with patients
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Experience with dental software and modern technologies is a plus
