Join Pathology Laboratories, Inc. as a Specimen Processor Lead at our Worthington, Ohio facility.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead a team of 4 Pre‑Analytic Processors, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
  • Work with the Operations Supervisor to communicate with the lab and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Process, prepare, route, and store laboratory specimens, ensuring patient care quality.
  • Recognize and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Operate safely in a laboratory setting with biological hazards and PPE requirements.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All You Need Is

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including telephones, computers, centrifuges, and audible alarms.

Bonus Points If You’ve Got

  • 1–2 years of related experience in a clinical laboratory, data entry, or production.
  • Prior specimen collection or processing experience.
  • Previous leadership experience.
