We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant/Study Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care, as well as conduct research. Due to this being a new position, this person will likely spend the first several months doing more Medical Assistant work, and roughly a quarter of their day doing Study Coordinator work.

• Perform patient intake procedures, including taking vital signs and recording medical histories.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Conduct research alongside physicians and vendors.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clinical background preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to travel within a multi-office setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge to patients within a clinical trial setting.
• Strong foundation in medical terminology.
