Shifts: Rotating 10-hour shifts - 6:30am-4:30pm, 9am-7pm, 11am-9pm, & 1pm-11pm / every 3rd weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a contract to hire position in Worthington, OH. This role involves ensuring the safe supply of medications and advising patients on their use. Applicants should be ready to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Accept and dispense prescription medications
• Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns
• Ensure that the supply of medicines is within the law and appropriate for patients
• Maintain confidential records of all patients and manage pharmacy files
• Advise patients on medicines, including precautions and potential reactions
• Provide consultation on medications for storage, dosage, side effects, and interactions
• Offer services such as smoking cessation, blood pressure, and cholesterol management
• Educate patients on handling medical devices like blood pressure monitors and glucose meters
• Compound medications and prepare sterile solutions
• Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain pharmaceutical and medical supply inventory
• Identify and communicate drug-related problems with healthcare practitioners

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Licensed by the state pharmacy board
