• 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We're hiring a licensed LTC Closed Door Pharmacist to support patients in a long-term care / closed-door pharmacy environment. This role focuses on safe medication dispensing, clinical review, patient record management, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

• Review, prepare, and dispense prescription medications accurately
• Monitor medication compliance/utilization and identify potential overuse patterns
• Ensure all pharmacy practices comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and pharmacy documentation
• Counsel on prescription/non-prescription medications (dosage, administration, side effects, storage, interactions)
• Identify and communicate drug-related issues to physicians/nurses/healthcare staff
• Compound medications as needed (internal/external use)
• Prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures and safety standards
• Supervise pharmacy staff (technicians, clerks, interns, etc.)
• Maintain inventory of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
• Educate on proper handling/use of medical devices (e.g., glucose meters, BP monitors)
• Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned

• Active Ohio Pharmacist (RPh) license required
• PharmD (or equivalent pharmacy degree) required
• LTC, institutional, or closed-door pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong medication safety knowledge and attention to detail
• Able to work rotating 10-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend
