We’re looking for a sharp, results-oriented litigator who’s passionate about helping veterans win the benefits they’ve rightfully earned. At Heidi Hrabcak & Associates, LLC, every case is personal — and every win is a life transformed.

• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Develop legal strategies from C-files and medical records
• Draft and file VA appeals, legal briefs, and motions
• Represent veterans before the BVA and VA regional offices
• Collaborate with case managers and paralegals
• Track all deadlines and progress in Prevail

• Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years (a plus)
• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed
• Experience in VA disability law a plus — but not required
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy, team-oriented, and client-focused
• Deep respect for veterans and a commitment to meaningful work

$75,000 – $100,000 + Bonuses per year
