Responsibilities
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, market homes, and negotiate offers
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, identify homes, and negotiate offers
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems
  • Track tasks and activities in the provided CRM
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and partner calls
Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening to clients’ needs, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • At least 1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Growth-minded and eager to learn
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Willing to learn talking scripts/dialogues
