Commercial Roofing Service Tech I – Worthington, OH

JB Roofing, a Tecta America commercial roofing company founded in 1970, is seeking a service crew leader to investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built‑up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low‑slope metal. This role will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing crew, complete required paperwork, attend meetings as necessary, and assist in training crew members

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver’s license
• Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish)
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co‑workers
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
• Technology savvy
