Spa Receptionist

Contract, 30 hours a week (shifts 07:30–16:00 & 12:30–21:00).

Hourly rate: £12.85 per hour.

As a Spa Receptionist at De Vere Tortworth Court you’ll be the friendly face that greets our guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive in the Spa. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests efficiently and going above and beyond to ensure our Spa guests and members have a 5
* experience. Training will be provided to ensure you have a full knowledge of all the spa treatments and services on offer.

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and members.
• Answer enquiries and provide information on spa treatments and services.
• Handle telephone calls with an excellent telephone manner.
• Coordinate Spa Therapist schedules.
• Deliver a warm and welcoming approach and anticipate guest needs.
