We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic RE/PSHE Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Wotton-under-Edge from January 2026. This is a maternity cover position with a teaching commitment of 0.76 FTE, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' personal development and academic progress.

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in Religious Education and PSHE across KS3 and KS4.
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress in line with school policies.
• Contributing to the wider curriculum, supporting whole-school initiatives around wellbeing, safeguarding, and personal development.
• Maintaining high standards of classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Participating in departmental meetings and collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency and excellence in teaching.
• Supporting pastoral care and promoting the school's ethos of respect, inclusivity, and responsibility.

• Qualified with QTS/QTLS and experienced in teaching RE and/or PSHE.
• Passionate about supporting young people's development.
• Skilled in creating inclusive lessons that engage and challenge all learners.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
