a school field and access to another large field; a peace garden and an area with wooden play equipment. The school is currently split into three classes and also has a separate library and hall. Tortworth aims to develop the family feel that can be fostered in a small-school community by challenging all children to reach their potential, encouraging kindness and inclusion and recognising each child’s unique talents.
Our Headteacher leads both Charfield and Tortworth Primary Schools, and while your main base will be Tortworth, on occasion you may be asked to support s collaborative approach allows staff to share expertise and strengthen provision across both schools.
