A technology solutions provider in Wotton-under-Edge is seeking a Lead FPGA Design Engineer to take technical ownership of FPGA designs for encoder products. This hands-on role combines architecture and delivery leadership with daily FPGA development and debugging. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to product specifications. The ideal candidate holds a degree in electronic engineering or similar, with solid FPGA lifecycle experience and an understanding of embedded software and digital design.
