Recruiter – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite

We are working with an established organisation to recruit an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join their in-house recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fast-paced role focused on delivering high-volume recruitment across manufacturing and operational functions, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent. You will manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and play a key role in ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across manufacturing and operational functions

* Deliver the full recruitment process from advertising and sourcing through to offer and onboarding

* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

* Source, attract and assess candidates using a range of recruitment channels and direct sourcing techniques

* Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future recruitment needs

* Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes

* Provide a professional and positive candidate experience through timely communication

* Manage vacancies, candidate records and recruitment reporting using Workday

* Monitor recruitment performance and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiency

* Ensure recruitment activity meets relevant legislation, policies and compliance requirements

* Support recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in house experience is essential)

* Significant experience of high-volume recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, production, engineering or another industrial environment

* Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns and working to challenging targets

* Strong candidate sourcing and attraction skills

* Experience partnering with hiring managers

* Good knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and compliance

* Experience using Workday recruitment technology is advantageous

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel

* Happy to travel between two sites (an hour apart)
