An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join an independently owned estate agency with a network of 10 successful offices across the South West.
With nearly 160 years of experience providing sales, lettings and property management services, the business has built a market-leading reputation for exceptional customer service, professionalism and integrity.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive individual with experience in estate agency, sales progression or the legal sector to join a busy, successful team.
You will take ownership of the sales pipeline from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently while delivering outstanding service to clients at every stage.
Working closely with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors, you will play a key role in keeping all parties informed, resolving potential issues and helping the sales team achieve successful completions.
