NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced engineering firms for the McKinnon Street Rehabilitation Design project. The engineering firm will provide complete engineering design, permitting, and construction administration of a roadway and utilities replacement project. Statements of Qualifications are due by 2:00 PM prevailing time on December 15, 2025.
