DDS Residential Counselor (30 Hours) - Creek Street
Join the position of DDS Residential Counselor (30 Hours) - Creek Street at Open Sky Community Services.
Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual challenges who are referred by the Department of Developmental Services. Our mission is to provide safe, nurturing homes that address individual needs and preferences. Residents are encouraged to participate in community life, volunteer, take classes, and join group activities. Staff provides the supports and skills needed to build a successful life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and lead daily implementation.
- Implement procedures that promote health, safety, and well-being of residents and maintain cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
- Assist residents with transportation, daily living activities, and advocacy.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
USD $20.00/Hr.
