Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual challenges who are referred by the Department of Developmental Services. Our mission is to provide homes that are safe, nurturing, and tailored to each individual’s personal needs and preferences. Every resident is encouraged to play an active role in community life through volunteering, education, outings, and health club participation. Our staff ensures residents receive the supports and skills needed to build a satisfying, independent life and lead meaningful, active lives.

• Assist in developing individualized, person‑centered treatment plans and lead the daily implementation of those plans.
• Implement all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of residents, as well as the general cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
• Assist residents in accessing and/or providing transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (required).
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

• Excellent supervision (individual and group), professional development, and training opportunities.
