The Residential Counselor supports individuals diagnosed with a Developmental Disability to live as independently as possible, while providing evidence-based treatment and care within a group living environment. They give guidance, support, and perform various levels of activities of daily living, ensuring health, safety, and well‑being.

• Assist in developing individualized, person‑centered treatment plans and lead their daily implementation.
• Implement all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of residents and maintain cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
• Assist residents to access and/or provide transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
