USD $17.50/hr we offer flexible scheduling, 8 am–2:30 pm, in a Day Habilitation setting.
OverviewOpen Sky’s Day Habilitation programs serve adults aged 23–85 with intellectual disabilities and/or additional mental health or physical challenges. Staff create individualized service plans, daily curricula, and foster community integration.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing individualized, person‑centered treatment plans and lead daily implementation.
- Help participants access and/or provide transportation.
- Implement activities that promote community engagement and personal relationships.
- Provide direct support and life‑skills education as a Per Diem Teaching Assistant.
- Ensure a supportive and safe environment, document all required information.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
- Experience or interest in working with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Excellent supervision (individual and group) and professional development.
- Generous paid time off: 29 days year one, 32 days year two, max 43 days.
