SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Wrentham, MA! We are looking for caring, trustworthy, and dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence l-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a variety of shift lengths to match your availability.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
- Follow individualized care plans and established routines
- Report changes in client condition or needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Reliable and able to commit to assigned shifts
