True North Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor for Towne Place Suites in Wr entham, MA. This overnight role runs from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and includes greeting guests, checking them in, issuing keys, and guiding them to rooms.
You will handle guest questions by phone or in person, assist with dining, entertainment, and transportation arrangements, and perform light clerical duties such as reservations and mailing. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.
