• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• State pesticide applicator license. Paid training and state certifications are provided for non‑licensed new hires.
• Pass the pre‑employment background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work full‑time, including overtime during busy season.

The role requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting. Occasionally you will reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl. You may need to lift or move up to 50 pounds and use ladders. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
