Position Purpose

Do you LOVE premium chocolate? As a Shift Supervisor at Lindt USA, you will join a team that strives to create a positive and engaging in-store experience for customers. With 65+ Lindt Chocolate Shops in the U.S., retail teams deliver legendary service and a premium experience. It takes a passionate, positive, self-starter to win customers over with every interaction.

• Sales – Ensure store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and contribute to the district's sales results. Model and communicate the store's sales mission and help develop each team member’s commitment to sales results. Supervise staff to meet sales goals and external opportunities. Demonstrate Lindt standards and drive for results. Monitor stock levels and escalate to Store Management to prevent out-of-stocks or overstocking.
• Staff Development – Support Store Manager with training staff per Lindt guidelines to ensure a knowledgeable, friendly, and well-trained team. Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand representation. Escalate issues to Store Management professionally and timely.
• Operational Controls – Ensure store meets standards for operational controls and compliance. Manage inventory/shrink, cash handling, QA policies, and store cleanliness.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proven sales background
• Ability to take direction and delegate and execute through others
• Basic math and/or accounting skills

Experience –
Required

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
• Regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach

Education –
Required

• High School Graduate or equivalent

Preferred

• Associates Degree

Other Requirements

• Must be available to work nights, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and holidays
