• Support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
• Serve as the centre of a community of All Saints fans and customers in your surrounding area, supporting in-store and online service.
• Provide knowledge, leadership and support to stylist team members responding to first line customer enquiries via our online customer service system.
• Ensure that the in store customer experience is consistently excellent and the store represents the All Saints brand in the most exciting way possible.
• Coaching and supporting team members with the motivation to succeed and deliver sales targets.
• Spend the majority of your day on our busy shop floor trading with our stylist teams and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and customers receive the best experience.
• Oversee and provide leadership and support to stylist team members with first line customer queries across multiple channels.
• Work in partnership with customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online support.
• Act as an ambassador for our product, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team.
• Drive commercial success by ensuring products are showcased well, guidelines followed, and best‑selling products displayed prominently.
• Accountable for day‑to‑day store operations and team deployment.
• Work with the management team to enable the store to exceed its targets and KPIs.
• Proactively manage people matters, liaising with people and culture on specific issues requiring investigations, performance/attendance management and reviews.
• Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently.

Salary Range: $20.60 - $21.60 USD/Hour, Plus Monthly Commission bonus

North America region made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, flagship store in New York City. Primarily based out of Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
