We are seeking a motivated and creative Operations Associate to oversee merchandise displays and store layout. You will create eye-catching merchandise presentations, drive sales, and maintain a clean and organized selling floor and stockroom. You will also monitor inventory to ensure stock levels and support back-of-house execution while upholding brand standards and delivering a memorable shopping experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience executing warehouse duties within a retail, customer service, or sales environment
• Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing expertise
• Ability to act promptly in routine situations and chart a clear action plan for positive customer outcomes
• Ability to operate equipment such as radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers
• Ability to work effectively with inventory management systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Maintain high-performance truck check-in standards by expediting receiving and processing of merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to departments per visual directives and replenish as needed
• Support ongoing maintenance of selling floor and fitting rooms, including fixture sizing, backstocking, markdowns, and signings per company standards
• Maintain proper display of merchandise in the store, ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Return To Vendors with urgency
• Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized and ensure tasks are completed timely
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and needs; assist on the sales floor when required
• Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures
• Efficiently complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership
