You will drive store performance, coach teammates, and coordinate across experience, product, community, operations and people to deliver a world-class outdoor retail experience.
You will lead from the floor, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure safety guidelines are followed while connecting with customers who share a passion for the outdoors.
