Sales Supervisor - Wrentham Outlet

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations at the Wrentham Premium Outlet. This role drives sales, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and coaches and develops the team while maintaining store standards.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor and build lasting client relationships through product knowledge, styling expertise, and timely follow-up.
• Support and develop team members while fostering collaboration and open communication.
• Open and close the store according to procedure, maintain organized sales and stock areas, and uphold company policies and standards.

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role; prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
