Overview: F&W Pest Control of MA is looking to hire a full‑time, entry‑level Home Service Technician. This is a position for those with little‑to‑no previous experience in the pest control industry, though prior experience is always welcome. • Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as: attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service‑related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent F&W with pride
• Work in a variety of environments, including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions

• Pay of $22 to $25 hourly

No Experience Required – We'll train you to be a Pro!

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with our great customers
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
