Robert Half Accountancy & Finance are partnering with a fast paced, global business to recruit a commercially focused Senior Management Accountant to take ownership of the UK P&L while supporting EMEA reporting. This is a high-impact role combining management reporting and business partnering.

The Role Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties:
Take ownership of the Profit & Loss, driving insight and performance Deliver accurate, timely month-end reporting in line with EMEA deadlines Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations Lead variance analysis (monthly & YTD) vs budget, forecast, and prior year Business partner with UK cost centres to drive commercial improvements Support compliance activities including audit, tax and VAT returns Oversee product costing and inventory reporting for UK operations Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to key stakeholders Build relationships across EMEA and US HQ Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies Support the development and upskilling of the wider finance team About You Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Strong background in management reporting & financial analysis Similar experience in a similar management accountant role Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach Confident working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced Excel and strong MS Office capability The Opportunity Ownership of P&L within a growing international business Exposure across UK, EMEA and US stakeholders A role where you can add value commercially, not just report numbers Join a business with a collaborative, high-performance culture The package £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary Flexible working hours and a hybrid work pattern Plus a range of additional benefits Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
