This is an excellent opportunity for someone with high volume purchase ledger experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants exposure to a large, multinational finance function. Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities Process high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently Maintain supplier accounts and resolve invoice or payment queries in a timely manner Manage and monitor the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring requests are actioned promptly Review and validate purchase orders and supporting documentation Assist with weekly payment runs and supplier payment processing Set up new supplier accounts and maintain vendor master data Complete supplier statement reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Support month end activities, including balance sheet reconciliations Work closely with colleagues across finance to ensure accurate processing and reporting Assist with ad-hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements Previous Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger experience Comfortable working in a high volume processing environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good understanding PO and non PO invoicing Experience working with multi-currency transactions would be advantageous Strong Excel SAP experience would be highly desirable Previous experience within an FMCG, retail, manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environment Accounts Payable Clerk Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working arrangement On site parking Opportunity to work within a large international organisation Supportive and collaborative finance team Exposure to EMEA finance operations
