Description

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
Assist with cost analysis and control for manufacturing operations.
Oversee reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

A professional accounting part-qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Experience in management accounting, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance teams.
