As a Temporary Administrator at Spire Yale Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
ResponsibilitiesInputting patient information accurately into our database system.
Coordinating patient appointments and managing the clinic schedule.
Greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to enquiries.
Maintaining and organising patient records and administrative documents.
Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in an administrative role and familiarity with medical terminology will be advantageous but not essential.
