Medical Secretary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cardiology Team within Wrexham Maelor Hospital. The post holder will provide an accurate, confidential, and supportive secretarial service to the department, processing patient letters, communicating with patients and other members of staff to maintain safe patient pathways.

• Deliver a comprehensive high quality medical secretarial administrative service as part of a team.
• Provide cross cover during periods of staff absence.
• Manage and prioritise workload to ensure the provision of all secretarial and administrative duties that support the Consultant/Clinical team.

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Desirable ability to speak Welsh;
  Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
