Key Responsibilities Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones and coordinate internal and external meetings. Arrange global travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation. Prepare and reconcile travel expenses using Concur. Organise team offsites, events, and meetings. Work closely with colleagues in the US team to ensure seamless coordination. Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the team. About You Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast paced financial services environment is essential.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a collaborative environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur and Condeco is advantageous. If you possess the relevant skills and experience and are available for a 9 month contract, apply now for immediate screening.
