Team PA & Events Coordinator 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract £50,000 ASAP start! We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Team PA & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Asset Management business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy team while taking ownership of the coordination and delivery of a range of internal and client-facing events, whilst also providing support to a busy team, supporting across varying levels.

The successful assistant will be a confident relationship builder with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, often chaotic environment and enjoy being at the heart of a collaborative team.

What you’ll do:

Provide proactive diary management for senior team members across the business Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and catering. Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries. Prepare meeting materials, presentations and documentation. Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner. Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team.

Support with the planning and delivery of a variety of client events, conferences, seminars and internal meetings. Liaise with venues, suppliers and external partners. Manage invitations, RSVPs and attendee communications. Coordinate event logistics, including catering, AV requirements and guest lists. Support event budgets and ensure all activities are delivered efficiently. Assist with post-event reporting and feedback.

What you’ll need:

Previous experience supporting a team within financial or professional services – front office environments preferred Experience organising events from planning through to delivery. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. A positive, flexible and collaborative approach.  Tiger is B Corp Certified.
