Administrator

£13.50 per hour

An organised and reliable Administrator is required to support a busy office team in Wrexham. This role involves providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, handling enquiries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to departments and management teams.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Process documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Update internal systems and input data accurately.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with diary management.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts as required.
  • Support general office duties and ensure compliance with company procedures.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a busy environment.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) preferred.
