Engineering Administrator

About the Role:

To support the engineering team in repair of industrial equipment by providing administrative support. Conduct data entry into company IT systems recording accurate information and highlighting issues to management. Communicating effectively with customers, engineers and other branches whilst maintaining good interpersonal relationships. Conducting administrative tasks such as ordering stores, completing payroll, submitting quotations and processing orders. Monitoring stock levels of office supplies, PPE etc and reordering as required.

Assisting with planning and organisation of a number of business functions Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
You will be
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail. A strong communicator both verbal and written with excellent IT skills. Adaptable and flexible, willing to learn new systems and processes. Capable of working independently, seeking advice from engineers, sales, administration and management as required. Knowledge of a similar industry desirable but not essential.
