The Role
Working closely with the Operations Director and wider management team, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting business operations. The Office Coordinator will act as a central point of contact across the business, helping to create an organised, efficient and professional working environment while providing administrative support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a well-organised, efficient and professional working environment.
- Supporting employee administration activities, including probation reviews, 1:1 scheduling and maintaining personnel records.
- Managing office facilities, supplies, equipment and service providers to ensure the workplace operates smoothly.
- Acting as a central point of contact for visitors, employees and general office enquiries.
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, correspondence and deliveries.
- Supporting senior management with a range of business support and administrative activities.
- Coordinating company vehicle administration, including maintenance scheduling, record keeping and compliance documentation.
- Attending management meetings, taking accurate minutes and monitoring follow-up actions to completion.
- Building positive relationships across the business and helping resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Previous experience as an office administrator or similar role essential
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Relevant business administration, project support or project management qualification is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively as a team or on your own.
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively.
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to help and to learn from colleagues.
- Strong enthusiasm and personal drive
