Vehicle Technician Wrexham (vacancies available for both Car and Van Technicians)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Saturday rota: 9:00am - 1:00pm (paid at overtime rate) Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE Bonus:
Up to £8,400 per year OTE:

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly established automotive business with a strong presence in the industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit multiple Vehicle Technicians to join their Wrexham team.

The Role As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to a high standard while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work efficiently and safely, ensuring all manufacturer standards and compliance requirements are consistently met. You'll also have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise through ongoing manufacturer training and brand-specific development.

Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance work efficiently and accurately Diagnose faults and complete repairs to manufacturer standards Road test vehicles where required, following approved safety procedures Complete vehicle health checks and report any additional work required Accurately complete job cards, inspection sheets, and related documentation Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and protected using appropriate covers Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment Use tools, equipment, and consumables responsibly and efficiently Check vehicles for manufacturer recalls and service campaigns Support compliance with all health & safety and manufacturer requirements Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and development What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Strong diagnostic and repair skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence preferred A proactive and professional approach to work Benefits Increased holiday entitlement with length of service Your birthday off every year 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and counselling support for you and your family Company pension scheme Long service recognition awards Discounts on products and services for you and your family Car Benefit Scheme Cycle to Work scheme Bonus scheme with excellent earning potential Ongoing manufacturer training and career development opportunities Interested in finding out more?
