Business Development Manager

Leading UK Provider of Field Service Management Solutions (SaaS)

Hybrid – UK

£50k – £55k + Commission + Benefits

With an established client base and a reputation for excellence, they’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and strengthen market presence.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new opportunities within targeted industries. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored FSM solutions that address each prospect’s operational challenges. This is a role for a proactive, consultative salesperson who can confidently take a prospect from first contact through to signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking and industry events.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges and demonstrating how our FSM solutions deliver measurable results.

  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies in the FSM space.

About You

  • Proven track record in B2B business development or sales, ideally within SaaS, software solutions, or field service-related technology.

  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
