AKG UK is seeking an Employment Coach who will help individuals find their career paths through tailored support and guidance. You will engage with participants face-to-face, offer employability sessions, and help them regain confidence for successful job searches.

Essential skills include the ability to positively influence individuals, a solid understanding of the local job market, and experience in achieving targets. Familiarity with motivational techniques and excellent communication skills are critical for this role.

Travel may be required, along with proficient use of digital communication methods.
